Electromechanical Equipment Programme (EME): Project Management Appointed by the DPTRW to act as Project Managers of the EME Programme: stripping of current lifts (elevators), acquisition, installation and maintenance of new lifts in the Gauteng health and other institutions, and the Kopanong Precinct. Appointed from September 2008 to end of project. Gauteng DPTRW
Construction of New Natalspruit Hospital: Construction Project Management (CPM) and Managing Agent Appointed by the Gauteng Department of Public Transport, Roads and Works (DPTRW) to act as the Construction Project Managers (CPM) to fast track the Construction of the New Natalspruit Hospital. MoA is the lead partner in a joint venture with BKS in this regard. Appointment from September 2005 to the end of the project. The MoA PMRG brings together a range of expertise including engineering (civil, mechanical, and electrical), quantity surveying, town planning, financial management, organisational development, and project management. Upgrade Phase 2: HM Pitjie Stadium, Tshwane: Construction Project Management (CPM) Appointed by the Gauteng Department of Public Transport, Roads and Works (DPTRW) to act as the Construction Project Managers (CPM) to fast track the Upgrading of HM Pitjie Stadium in Tshwane. This stadium is one the 2010 Fifa World Cup Final Training Stadiums. Appointment from March 2007 to the end of the project. Gauteng DPTRW
Upgrade Phase 2: Sinaba Stadium, Ekurhuleni: Construction Project Management (CPM) Appointed by the Gauteng Department of Public Transport, Roads and Works (DPTRW) to act as the Construction Project Managers (CPM) to fast track the Upgrading of Sinaba Stadium in Ekurhuleni. Appointment from March 2007 to the end of the project. Gauteng DPTRW
ODI Stadium – Phase 1, OHS-ACT Compliance Appointed by the DPTRW as Construction Project Managers at ODI Stadium in Garankuwa, to ensure that the Stadium complies with Occupational Health and Safety requirements in accordance with the OHS Act, from 27 November 2007 to project completion. Provision of mentorship services on the 20 townships roads program To provide mentorships to emerging contractors who building roads as part of the 20 townships program Gauteng DPTRW
City Cabs Revitalisation Project (CCRP) Appointed by the Gauteng DPTRW to project manage the Revitalisation of the Metered Taxi Industry in the province. Priorities include Stakeholder Management, dealing with Permit Backlogs, Registration of all operators, Developing industry-specific Regulations, driving the Conversion of Permits to Operating Licences, and conducting Training in identified areas, identifying Empowerment Opportunities to benefit industry operators, ongoing monitoring and evaluation of the indeustry. All of this is critical for the 2010 Fifa Soccer Final, other events such as Soccerex in November of 2007/8/9. Most importantly it is critical for contributing towards a more efficient public transport system in the province. Appointed from September 2006 till 2010. Gauteng DPTRW
Hospital Maintenance Programme: Managing Agent Appointed by the GDPTRW to act as the Managing Agent of the Hospital Maintenance Programme, starting with the refurbishment of ten hospitals as phase one. The hospitals include Coronation, Charlotte Maxheke, Chris Hani Baragwanath, Edenvale, Far East Rand, Helen Joseph, Kalafong, OR Tambo Memorial, Sizwe Tropical Disease Hospital, and South Rand Hospital. Appointed from January 2009 to the end of the programme. Gauteng DPTRW
